Cunningham Construction replaced a septic tank on our property. We are extremely happy with the work they performed. When they were finished the grounds were restored to just as they were before the removal of the tank. Wonderful job!

I am writing this long over due letter to express my gratitude and extreme satisfaction with the beautiful barn you built for me! 

I often think back on our first meeting, I had a simple sketch I had made of a floor plan and you were off and building!  No real plans, just general ideas and you were able to build me a barn that was more than I had envisioned it could be!  Thank goodness for your experience, so many days I come across something you did that I never would have thought of that makes the barn so perfect.  Placement of the windows and doors not just with looks in mind, but also with functionality considered, my horses love the cross breezes they get in the heat of summer! 

Your attention to detail, and easy going attitude made it a pleasure to have you as a builder, I only wish we had found you earlier to build our house!   People that visit or just drive by are always full of compliments and always want to know who built such a beautiful and great quality barn.  I love to show it off!
